Deposit and Terms

Deposit is due to begin the booking process and complete the reservation

1. $100 per room paid to the resort - Please use the link below to complete the client intake form. Please add the credit card details you would like on file to pay the deposit. On this form, please include the information for the person you will be staying in the room with, if this applies to you.

2. $50 per person paid to the travel agent - Please use the link below to pay this fee. Please put the amount you are paying in the amount field. For example, if you are paying for 2 people, enter $100.

3. The remaining balance is due to the resort two (2) months before departure.

Your reservation is not confirmed until steps 1 & 2 are both complete. Please note that prices are subject to change. Book now to lock in the current rate.

Once I have your form, I will reach out to confirm your room type and occupancy.

Each traveler will be responsible for booking their own airfare. If you would like my assistance with shopping for flights, tracking, and booking flights, that will be an additional $25. Please let me know if that’s something you would like to add on.

Transportation will be booked 60-30 days before departure once we have the flight details for all travelers. The average is about $10-$30 per person.
